*Run of the house – generally means you will be staying in a room decided upon by the hotel. It means you will get whatever room is available at the time you check-in, but according to your booked room type.

TRANSFER PRICES

Dubrovnik Airport is situated about 20 km from city of Dubrovnik. Approximate travel time from Dubrovnik Airport to venue hotel is 45 minutes.
The easiest way to come from Dubrovnik Airport to the venue hotel is by booking the transfer via our online system.
CAR (1-3 people) one way price – 40,00 €
VAN (1-6 people) one way price – 50,00 €

Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy is applicable for all hotels listed above.

In case of cancellation of hotel accommodation/transfer the following terms apply:

  • For cancellations of reservation 31 or more days prior to arrival date, an administrative charge of 6% of total transaction value will be applied.
  • For cancellations of reservation in period of 30 days till 7 days prior to arrival date, refund will be possible in an amount for 50% of total stay (minus administrative charges of 35 EUR + 6% of total transaction value).
  • If the reservation is cancelled within period of 7 days prior to arrival date, refund will not be possible.
  • In case of No-Show, refund will not be made.
  • Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent by email indicating the cancelled delegate. The following rules apply in case of cancellation for individual and group cancellations.
  • Bank charges applied to a refund will be borne by the delegates. An administrative charge of €35 + 6% of total transaction value will be applied for all refunds.

Name changes and substitutions

A handling fee of €35 will be charged for every name change to an existing conference registration. A new registration form for the substitute delegate should NOT be submitted.

Name changes will be accepted by email info@eventrify.us indicating the old and new names including the required contact details.

Amendment of conference registration and accommodation booking changes

Once an invoice has been issued, any details e.g. the address cannot be changed. In addition, €35 is charged to amend / cancel an incorrect registration fee selected by the client.

A handling fee of €35 will be charged for modification of an existing conference registration and/or accommodation booking (e.g. changing type of the registration pass, adding additional person in the room, shortening your stay beyond the initial dates). All amendments must be confirmed to us by e-mail; you will receive a written acknowledgement.

For duplicate credit card reservations (same amount charged in a short period of time), a handling fee of €35 + 6% of total transaction value will be charged. When you initiate the credit card transaction do not press “Confirm order and finish” once again or the “Back” or “Refresh” buttons in order to avoid unnecessary charges.

Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the initial dates, please contact the conference registration provider at info@eventrify.us advising of the check-in and check-out dates and the room type required. You will then make the booking for extended day(s) by yourself using our registration system. Only if you are adding additional days beyond initial days of your stay you will not be charged a handling fee. If you are shortening your initial arrival and/or departure dates (e.g. changing initial dates from 25th June to 1st July for new dates from 24th June to 30th June) a handling fee of €35 + 6% of total transaction value will be charged for modification of existing accommodation booking.
